iSolv Technologies (Pty) Ltd es un miembro orgulloso en el Programa de Microsoft de Equidad Equivalente (Equity Equivalent Programme – EEP).

El Programa EEP, endorsado por el Departamento de Comercio e Industria (Department of Trade and Industry – DTI) de Sudáfrica, proporciona a organizaciones multinacionales quienes cumplen con los requisitos, una alternativa a la venta de acciones/partes con el fin de cumplir con los requerimientos impuestos por las amplias políticas para el Fortalecimiento Económico para las personas de raza Negra (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerement).

Muchas empresas multinacionales, incluyendo Microsoft, tienen prácticas globales que les prohíbe de vender acciones/partes en sus sucursales locales. El programa EEP permite a estas empresas multinacionales hacer inversiones equivalentes en programas que promueven las metas y objetivos del B-BBEE.

Microsoft ha seleccionado a iSolv como uno de las compañías beneficiarias del Programa EEP.
